Reagent Scholarship Product

The Reagent Scholarship is a one time distribution of product to a qualified candidate and/or lab with the purpose of advancing cytoskeletal scientific research. Product will be provided at no sales charge to recipient. Shipping is included for domestic shipments, shipping is excluded for international shipments. Shipment will be sent directly to Recipient’s lab. Recipient is responsible for any tax, duties, or customs charges, as applicable. Product type and quantity will be discussed with recipient, however, PurSolutions reserves the right to change the product type and quantity at any time. Recipient agrees not to sell, license, rent or distribute any product given to you.

Selection

Selection of winning recipient is entirely at the discretion of PurSolutions. Recipients will be selected by PurSolutions based on application materials. PurSolutions reserves full right to select scholarship recipient. PurSolutions may refuse to accept or transmit any application.

Personal Information

You agree by signing up/applying for the Reagent Scholarship that Pursolutions may send you marketing communications. You may unsubscribe at any time. You also agree that, if awarded a scholarship, we may use your name and lab information in marketing material regarding the scholarship award and execution. We take privacy seriously, see our Privacy Policy for more details on how your information is protected.

Proprietary Rights

You acknowledge and agree that the product and protocols are the property of PurSolutions. You agree not to sell, license, rent, or distribute any product given to you. Product is for in vitro research only. Except as expressly set forth in these Terms, no license is granted to you and no rights are conveyed by virtue of using our products. All rights not granted under these Terms are reserved by PurSolutions.
